¿IS ANXIETY EATING AWAY AT YOU?

¿Is anxiety eating away at you? If your answer is yes, then I can help you to go through that problem.

Our inner organs have plenty of neuroreceivers which are prepared to receive the neurotransmitters call "Peptits". They are endogenous chemicals which transmit signals from neuron to a target cell across a synapse. Once they are released into the synaptic cleft, they bind to receptors in the membrane on the postsynaptic side of the synapse. Release of neuratransmitters usually follows arrival of an action potential at the synapse, but may also follow graded electrical potentials.

Well, what does all this mean? all this is the form your body and brain works. We have to study and understand how our body and brain react to the circunstances of everyday and why.

At the moment you feel an emotion you detect that something is happening in your body: your stomach disturb you, you are not able to breath, your anger disturb your nerves and you feel that your heart missed a beat.  This group of reactions are the core of the emotion triggered in your body.

The feeling you are having about that emotion comes a little later. And this feeling is the one that produces you all your damage and sufferings. It, your feeling, starts looking for information on what is happening in your body and why it has reached that state of  discomfort. Then the first thoughts about the matter appear in your mind. THESE FIRST THOUGHTS are the trigger of the good-for-nothing SUFFERINGS.

It is not the same that, at the starting point of your emotion that produces you some discomfort, you TAG it  as, a DISASTER (because your are giving it some importance that possibly it has not), than you TAG it, AS SOMETHING THA IS GOING TO PASS SOON (so you are taking away from it all bad connotations).

1º. Being in a situation of anxiety firstly get yourself in a quiet place, sit down and try to take  deep breath in and out ten times, vey peacefully.
2º. You sholud write you first thought about it on a paper. Then you have, once you have recovered yourself, to re-read the thoughts written and start analyzing them. So you will detect how many lies and distortions of  reality you tell to yourself.
3º- If you rationalize what you have learnt from analyzing your thoughts, and you continue doing so along your life, then you will create a very good toolbox for fighting against : discomfort and useless sufferings.

So You will gain life, energy and happines in your day by day cinrcunstances.
