RUN AWAY FROM THE PROBLEM, IT IS NOT THE SOLUTION.

You can see in this picture a bird running away from some posible or imaginary danger. Its genetic information triger the limbic brain answer. Then, once it is in a secure place it takes its time to see if it was a real danger or not.

People some time act like this bird. Many people in front of some difficulties of their lives try to forget their realities by running awar from them. They are not able to stop and see what part of their reality do not like them. Then, once chosen the part of their lives they like more, they should fight everyday in order to improve it. Practice more and more that part of their lives that make them happier. And, in the contrary, they should start to eliminate the part they don’t like from their lives.

We have to take into account that we chose many external objects along our lives; many good and many bad; or many healthy and many toxics.

In our brain we do the things in the same way. We spend the time chosing subjects and objects, instead of external the objects and subjects are internal: some of them healthy and some of them toxics.

All the subjects and objects we work with along our lives, either internal or external, in the case they are healthy, they will help us to enjoy our life making our day by day easier and happier. But, in the case they are toxics, they will go destroying our lives by producing illnesses, bad filling and bad emotions and finally destroying our health.

Then, in order to avoid all this rear cincunstances we shoul start doing the following practises:

1º.- We have to detect the healthy objects and subject we chose, as much internal as external, in order to improve our training about them. So we will improve at the same time our health and emotional estability.

2º.- We have to detect the toxic objest and subjests we chose, as much internal as external, in order to reduce their practice the maximmum possible. So we will gain health and avoid illnesses. This continued exercise will lead you to convert this practice into a habit. Then to be healthy for you will be the only way of being.

All this is at your hand, you only have to begin to work on this training everyday.
